# CooliApp — Privacy Policy

## Overview

CooliApp ("the App") is a native iOS client for managing self-hosted Coolify instances. Your privacy is fundamental to how the App is designed. CooliApp does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us or to any third party.

## Data Storage

All data used by the App is stored locally on your device:
- Instance credentials (server URLs and API tokens) are stored on the device.
- App settings (appearance, tab preferences, lock preferences) are stored on the device.
- Biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID), when enabled, is handled entirely by the iOS operating system. The App never accesses or stores biometric data.

No data is stored on external servers controlled by us.

## Network Communications

The App communicates exclusively with the Coolify instance(s) you configure. These connections are made directly from your device to your server(s) using the URLs and API tokens you provide.
No data passes through any intermediary server operated by us.

The App does not make any network requests to any server other than the Coolify instances you have configured.

## Data Collection

We do not collect any data. Specifically:
- No personal information
- No usage analytics or telemetry
- No crash reports
- No device identifiers
- No location data
- No tracking of any kind

## Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking frameworks.

## Widgets

CooliApp offers home screen widgets that display health check statuses for your instances, applications, and services. No widget data is transmitted externally.

## Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

## Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy is updated, the revised version will be posted with an updated date. Since the App collects no data, meaningful changes are unlikely.
